Abstract: [fre] Pour comprendre l'évolution de l'agriculture de la montagne vosgienne sud, la diversité des situations est analysée aux niveaux : de l'exploitation agricole et des logiques de fonctionnement induites ; du terroir (interdépendances entre les différents types d'exploitations agricoles) ; de l'ensemble des relations entre l'activité agricole et son environnement social et économique qui détermine la dynamique d'évolution des différents systèmes de production. [eng] In the southern part of the Vosges mountain, the diversity of situation of the farms and of the « terroirs » is analyzed from three points of view : the farms and their logic of the production process ; the « terroirs » units where the interdépendances between the different types of farms are studied ; marketing the relationships between the agricultural activity and its social and economic background by which the evolution of the different production systems is determined.
