[fre] Système de pratiques et terroir sont deux notions qui se sont introduites en 1978 dans deux itinéraires de recherche en Castagniccia (Corse) et dans les Vosges du Sud. Au-delà de ces deux recherches, peuvent-ils avoir une utilité pour l'analyse d'une agriculture régionale ? [eng] In the course of research carried out in the Castagniccia area of Corsica and in the southern Vosges, the two concepts of husbandry practices systems and of "terroir" (meaning fairly homogeneous zones of a few hundred hectares) were introduced in 1978. Beyond these two cases, are these concepts useful! for analyzing the agriculture of a region ?
