Abstract: [eng] An increasing number of young people, many of them of non farm origin, want to set up as sheeps farmers. Training programs are not well suited to their needs. Budgeting studies show that most entrants surveyed will not reach a comparable income, particularly on account of capital shortage. [fre] Comment favoriser l'installation des jeunes éleveurs ovins ? Une action concertée entre organismes de formation de recherche et de développement s'est achevée récemment. Une partie des résultats sont exposés.
