Inégalités et solidarités en agriculture. Un point de vue politique

Abstract: [fre] Les inégalités au sein de l'Agriculture sont moins connues que celles entre le monde paysan et le monde urbain ; elles sont cependant plus graves. La solidarité de celui-ci vers celui-là sera d'autant mieux admise que sera engagée la réduction des inégalités au sein du secteur agricole. . Cela implique la décorporatisation et la mise en œuvre d'une politique nouvelle qui tienne compte des disparités ; il faut passer d'une politique de l'agriculture à une politique des agriculteurs dans leurs diversités. [eng] The inequalities within the farming sector are less known than those between the urban and rural sectors ; they are nonetheless more important. The solidarity of the farmer towards the latter will be easier to accept if those internal inequalities are reduced. . This means that the existing corporate structure has to be dismantled and a new policy has to be elaborated which does not disregard the disparities. In other words, the agricultural policy has to be replaced by a policy for the farmers in their diversity.
