Abstract: [fre] La gestion financière des coopératives agricoles est sans doute le lieu où s'expriment le plus clairement les intérêts contradictoires et complémentaires des deux pôles de l'organisation coopérative que sont les adhérents et l'entreprise. Cette monographie porte sur l'étude de l'ajustement des ressources et des besoins de financement, entre 1965-1980. Elle analyse ensuite le comportement de la coopérative en nçiatière d'autofinancement et de constitution de capital social en montrant qu'il y a matière à une gestion/spécifiquement coopérative. [eng] The financial management may be the place where the conflicts between the two poles of the copperative organisation (the association and the enterprise), arise with more evidence. This monography studies during 15 years, how the resources fullfit the financial needs in a small dairy coop. The subcription of share capital, and the self financing behavior of the coop are also studied. And the authors tried to make clear that a specific financial management can exist in cooperative organisations, especially in these two fields.
