Abstract: [fre] Par raccordement de différentes sources statistiques nationales, l'auteur propose une évaluation du revenu, de la consommation et de l'épargne des familles agricoles, en 1970, selon la taille des exploitations. Il montre comment ces disparités de consommation et d'épargne renvoient fondamentalement à une reproduction différenciée de force de travail et de moyens de production sur les exploitations. [eng] By connecting different national statistics, the author gives an assessment of the income, consumption and savings of the farmers, in 1970, according to the size of the farms. He shows how thas disparities of consumption and savings can be understood fondamentaly as a differentiated reproduction of the labour-power and means of production, on the farms.
