Abstract: [eng] How will the new agricultural planning defined by the French government be applied to the farm sector ? In theory, planning in the farm sector is both easier and harder than in other sectors. . Concretely, problems relating to application methods but more especially to main orientations arise in agriculture at the elaboration of the 9 th Plan. How will the true problems in French agriculture be dealt with by the 9 th Plan ? [fre] Comment la nouvelle planification, définie par le Gouvernement français et votée par le Parlement, va-t-elle s'appliquer dans le secteur agricole ? . La théorie montre que l'agriculture est le secteur à la fois le plus facile et le plus difficile à planifier. . De façon plus concrète, des questions se posent sur l'agriculture au démarrage des travaux du 9e Plan, à propos des procédures mais surtout des grandes orientations. Comment les vrais problèmes de l'agriculture française seront-ils abordés par le 9e Plan ?
