Abstract: [eng] A comparative analysis of agricultural structures in areas of Spain, France, Greece, Italy and Portugal . In this article, the authors present a comparative analysis of agricultural structures in areas of Spain, France, Greece, Italy and Portugal, which have been classed in a previous study as being concerned mainly with cereal crops. This comparison aims at detecting the factors which seem likely to explain for the prevailing differences in labour efficiency in these areas. The type of analysis used is the multivariate analysis (principal component analysis and cluster analysis). [fre] Les auteurs présentent dans cet article (1 ) une analyse comparative des structures agricoles des régions de l'Espagne, la France, la Grèce, l'Italie et le Portugal qui, dans une étude préalable, avaient été classées comme ayant une orientation céréalière. La comparaison se réalise en vue de déceler les facteurs qui semblent expliquer les différences de productivité de travail existant dans ces régions. L'analyse se fait à l'aide des techniques d'analyse des données (analyse en composantes principales et analyse hiérarchique).
