Abstract: [eng] The grain economy of the senegal groundnut belt - Facing an increasing shortage of grains, agricultural research is mobilized to study technical and socio-economic problems. Economic research, initiated in 1975, has developped from the production level up to, at present, the marketing system level. [fre] Face à un déficit céréalier de plus en plus lourd, la recherche agricole est mobilisée. Les recherches économiques, débutées en 1975, se développent à partir de la production pour aboutir actuellement au système de commercialisation.
