Abstract:
[eng] Food practices of french people - Popular classes spare a lot of time to eat at minimal cost. The traditional upper middle class sticks to gastro nomical culture, whereas the new upper middle class is concerned primarily with nutritional balance. [fre] Les classes populaires consacrent beaucoup de temps pour s'alimenter au moindre coût. La bourgeoisie traditionnelle reste attachée à sa culture gastronomique alors que la bourgeoisie nouvelle se préoccupe d'équilibre nutritionnel.
