Abstract: [fre] Les exploitations de fruits de Tarn-et-Garonne sont regroupées en 3 pôles : grandes exploitations spécialisées produisant pommes et poires, exploitations moyennes associant l'élevage au prunier et au raisin de table, petites exploitations de pluri-actifs faisant du raisin. [eng] Summary : We regrouped the fruit farms of Tarn-et-Garonne around 3 poles: big specialized farms producing apples and pears, middle farms associating animal husbandry with plum trees and dessert grapes, little farms, owned by no full time farmer, . producing dessert grapes.
