Abstract: [eng] Agricultural leaders and the working of professional organizations within a department - At the départemental level, the main professional agricultural organisations make up a system run by a small team of leaders holding several elective posts. There is a de facto sharing of responsibilities between these leaders whose task is to ensure the cohesion and continuance of the system and the executives who are entrusted with each organisation 's autonomy. [fre] Au niveau du département, les principales organisations professionnelles agricoles constituent un système géré par un petit groupe de leaders cumulant de nombreux mandats. De facto un partage des responsabilités s'opère entre ces leaders chargés d'assumer l'unité et la reproduction du système et les dirigeants administratifs garants de l'autonomie de chaque organisation.
