Abstract: [fre] La position communautaire sur le marché international des produits agricoles sera conditionnée pour les années à venir, par trois facteurs : la réduction des dépenses du FEOGA-Garantie, l'adhésion de l'Espagne à la CEE, le rôle international de la CEE. . En matière d'importation, deux exigences prioritaires apparaissent: la première concerne la réorientation des opportunités d'approvisionnement du marché communautaire, de façon à favoriser les zones géographiques vers lesquelles on peut prévoir qu'à l'avenir, s'effectueront surtout les échanges commerciaux de la CEE (Bassin Méditerranéen, Afrique). La deuxième exigence concerne la recherche de la stabilisation de la situation alimentaire de la Communauté (problème des matières premières pour l'alimentation animale). . Pour ce qui est de l'exportation, la CEE devrait associer à la pratique des restitutions, le recours au crédit à l'exportation et aux contrats à long terme. Une proposition de constituer un stock céréalier communautaire est faite pour contribuer à la sécurité alimentaire mondiale. [eng] EC access to international markets of agricultural products will be in the coming years conditionned by three factors : reduction ofthe FEOGA-costs, accession of Spain to the EC and international position of the Common Market. . With regard to imports two priorities appear evident. The first one deals with the reorientation of selling opportunities in the EC market, in order to favour some geographical areas (Mediterranean Basin, Africa). The second priority regards the search for a stabilisation of the food-feed situation of the Community (problem of raw materials for animal nutrition). . With regard to exports, EC, together with the practice of restitution, should utilize credit as well as long term contracts. Creating a Community stock for cereals is also proposed as a contribution to world nutritional security.
