Abstract: [fre] La politique Agricole Commune a pour conséquence deux types de transferts de revenus entre pays- membres: d'une part les transferts réalisés par le «budget agricole» de la Communauté, d'autre part les transferts gui ont lieu par l'intermédiaire du commerce agricole intra-communautaire. Pendant la période 1976-1981, l'évolution des premiers était caractérisée pour la France, par une augmentation rapide du transfert positif, pour la RFA et le Royaume-Uni, par une augmentation spectaculaire du transfert négatif. En même temps, l'évolution des transferts par le commerce agricole intra-communautaire était caractérisée: pour la France, par une forte régression du transfert positif (exportation nette) ; pour te Royaume-Uni, par un recul spectaculaire du transfert négatif (importation nette) ; pour la RFA, par une transformation continuelle du transfert négatif en transfertjpositif. Il est montré que ces évolutions étaient le résultat logique de certaines tendances et réactions, dans le système des flux reels du commerce agricole intra-communautaire et des échanges agricoles avec les pays tiers. [eng] The Common Agricultural Policy induces two types of income transfers between EC member countries: those which take place via the «agricultural budget» of the Community, and those which materialize through intra-community agricultural trade. Between 1976 and 1981, the development of the former was characterized by (a) a rapid rise in the positive transfer for France, and (b) a spectacular increase in the negative transfer for the Federal Republic of Germany and the UK. At the same time, the development of transfers through intra- community agricultural trade showed (1 ) a dramatic decline of the positive transfer (net exports) for France, (2) a spectacular fall in the negative transfer (net imports) for the UK and (3) a continuous transformation of the negative transfer into a positive one for the Federal Republic. It is shown that these developments were the logical result of certain tendencies and reactions in the system of real agricultural trade flows in intra-community trade and trade with third countries.
