Abstract: [fre] Cet article examine les conditions de financement des agriculteurs dans les différents pays de la CEE du point de vue des systèmes d'aide publique (à l'exception des dépenses de soutien des marchés) et l'octroi du crédit. Après avoir décrit les principaux déterminants intrasectoriels du besoin de financement de l'agriculture, il présente les politiques d'aides publiques en capital et les différentes formes d'abaissement du coût du crédit. . Dans une dernière partie, il expose les principaux modèles d'organisation du crédit à l'agriculture et les types de prêts accordés. [eng] The following article describes the financing conditions of farmers in the various EC Member States, as regards granting of public aid (with the exception of the market support expenditure) and extension of credit. . After a brief presentation of the main determining factors specific to the industry, of the financing requirement of agriculture, it looks into capital grants systems and various ways of bringing down the cost of borrowing. . The last part presents the main models of agricultural credit and types of loans available.
