Abstract: [fre] Un SUAD doit s'efforcer de prendre en compte l'accélération des mouvements provoqués par les innovations agro-alimentaires et les libres échanges. La compétitivité et la concurrence entre producteurs et entre régions vont s'accroître. . Les agriculteurs ont besoin d'un SUAD qui précède l'événement et réfléchisse à de nouveaux systèmes de production dans le cadre de filières agro-alimentaires novatrices. Un SUAD doit avoir une bonne connaissance du terrain, privilégier l'appui aux jeunes, aux agriculteurs qui investissent, il doit disposer d'un bon réseau de conseillers de synthèse appuyés par une équipe de spécialistes de haut niveau en liaison avec la recherche et l'enseignement. Les actions de formation continue doivent être privilégiées. Une diversité dynamique peut être un atout pour une région proche de grands centres de consommation. [eng] Department of Agricultural utility for development (SUAD) facing diversity of evolution. - A SUAD must do its best to consider the acceleration of moves provoked by the agro-alimentary innovations and the free-trades. Competitivity and competition between producteurs and régions are bound to increase. The farmers need a SUAD which precedes the event and thinks over new systems of production within innovating agro- alimentary channels. A SUAD must have a good system of conseillors of synthesis reclined by a team of higt-level experts who are in connection with research and teaching. The permanent formation of adults must be promoted. A dynamic diversity may be an asset for a region close to great center of consumption.
