Abstract:
[fre] Au-delà des constats des effets différenciés des quotas selon les exploitations et les zones, la façon dont les forces en présence au plan local ont retravaillé socialement la réglementation, est un aspect essentiel du fonctionnement durable sous quotas de l'économie laitière. [eng] Besides the observations of the quotas-effects on farms and local agricultural economies, it has been brought out how local bodies and individuals haved worked together in relation to the quota national compromise, as it is one of the main features of the functioning dairy economy with the quotas.
