Abstract: [fre] un modèle est construit pour approximer le prix d'équilibre d'un marché des quotas, mais il n'apparaît pas possible de tenir compte de l'ensemble des déterminants de l'offre et la demande pour prévoir correctement le sens des transferts. [eng] a model for the possible market of milk quotas give some information about the equilibrium price, enven if the very strong neo-classical assumptions required about the determinants of the producer's behavior prevents us to predict correctly who will buy and sell quotas.
