Abstract: [eng] Linear programming methods and econometric methods are compared to estimate the demand response to price variations for concentrate feed in dairy production. The potential interest of using pseudo data is emphazised. [fre] Sur un petit échantillon d'entreprises laitières, différentes approches, en programmation linéaire ou économétriques, sont comparées pour apprécier les effets des variations de prix des concentrés sur la demande.
