Abstract: [fre] L'étude de cas de la modernisation de la production ovine laitière du rayon de Roquefort permet de poser les bases d'une nouvelle méthode d'analyse des phénomènes de changement technique centrée sur la notion de modèle technique. [eng] Technical model and agricultural innovation; Case study of "the Roquefort Model, 1950-1985" . The case study of the Roquefort ewe milk production modernization allows the settlement of a new analysis method of the technical change based on the "technical model" concept.
