Abstract: [fre] La comparaison des conditions du renouvellement des exploitations et de la population agricoles en France, Italie, R.F.A. montre l'existence de logiques de reproduction distinctes liées essentiellement aux types d'arbitrages effectués entre les intérêts économiques de l'Etat d'une part, de la famille et de l'entreprise d'autre part. [eng] The comparison of the conditions of the transfer of farms and of the change of generation in three european agricultures shows three different schemes that are mainly depending on the types of arbitrations made between the economical interests of the "family" on the one hand and of the "enterprise" on the other hand.
