Abstract: [eng] A national programme to help farmers under financial stress was implemented in 1982. Five years after, many of the aided farms are still facing some financial difficulties. [fre] Un programme national d'aide aux agriculteurs en difficulté a été mis en place en 1982. Cinq ans après, un grand nombre des exploitations aidées rencontrent toujours des difficultés financières.
