Abstract: [fre] L'environnement qui doit nous préoccuper est celui de l'espèce humaine. L'agriculture doit respecter l'environnement. Pour cela il y a deux voies : les voies techniques ; parmi celles-là, tout ce qui concerne la protection et l'amélioration de la fertilité des sols est fondamental ; à ce sujet le problème se situe au niveau de la méconnaissance populaire du milieu sol, à laquelle il est urgent de remédier ; les voies socio-culturelles et politiques ; parmi celles-là, le problème essentiel est celui de la coopération dans le domaine de la formation ; les formations décernées actuellement éloignent les diplômés des agriculteurs : il faut se donner les moyens de reconquérir le faire-confiance aux agriculteurs. [eng] Which third world environmentally safe agricultural development program ? . . The environment that matters is the human kind's one. The agriculture must respect it. According to that there are two main pathways : the technical pathway ; among them everything dealing with the improvement of the soil fertility is fundamental. Relating to this problem is the people's misappreciation of the soil medium wich is urgent to cope with ; the sociocultural and political parthway ; among the latters is the essential question of the co-operation in the field of training. Presently the offered training opportunities keep the « fully qualified people « away from the farmers : it is a must to start again to put trust to the farmers.
