L'évolution de l'eau: facteur de production et de risques pour l'agriculture

Abstract: [eng] Various functions are performed by water : biologic, hygienic, techniques and recreational. In dry periods, it is difficult to allocate water to needs. These must be reduced at theire minimum possible levels, while avaiding remaining or recycled waters being polluted. State intervention are aimed to avaid pollution, and to secure the best possible use of water resources. [fre] L'eau remplit diverses fonctions biologiques, hygiéniques, techniques et ludiques. En période de sécheresse, la difficulté consiste à répartir la ressource entre les différents besoins. Ceux-ci doivent être réduits au minimum, tout en évitant que les eaux restant disponibles ou recyclées ne soient polluées. L'Etat intervient pour assurer l'utilisation optima de la ressource disponible, et lutter contre les pollutions.
