Abstract: [fre] L'analyse d'expériences d'entretien du sous-bois de forêts de chêne-liège dégradées, par des troupeaux caprins, ovins, bovins, appartenant à des systèmes d'élevage résidents ou de transhumance inverse, montre qu'il existe des solutions techniques et économiques pouvant concilier remise en valeur de la suberaie et production animale. Leur mise en œuvre complexe limite encore le nombre de réalisations malgré les possibilités de financement public. [eng] The contribution of livestock farming systems on cork oak forest, to fire protection and forest renovation in the mediterranean and of Pyrénées (France) . . The analysis of experiments in the control of undergrowth in neglegted cork oak forests using goats, sheep and cattle, demonstrates the existence of technical and economics solutions able to reconcile livestock production with the redevelopment of cork oak forest. However, the complexity of these realizations limits their number despite the availability of financial aids and grants.
