Abstract: [fre] L'analyse des complexes industriels porcins de Roumanie met en évidence la faiblesse générale de leurs performances, la prégnance des modes d'organisation du travail, de circulation de l'information et de gestion, hérités de la période précédente et les difficultés économiques sérieuses auxquelles ils sont confrontées, dans le contexte d'une transition incertaine et mal maîtrisée à l'économie de marché. On conclut sur la nécessité d'une approche spécifique de ces économies et de ces sociétés en transition. [eng] Technical, economic, social situation of the industrial porcin production in Rumania . The analysis of industrial porcine enterprises in Rumania shows their generally low performances, the permanence of the former labour organisation and of the former management, the important economic difficulties they meet with in an incertain transition to market economy. It seems necessary to have a specific approach to the economies and the societies of these East European countries in transition.
