Réforme de la propriété foncière en Russie

Abstract: [eng] Agrarian reform in Russia . The on ongoing discussions about agrarian reform in Russia recall those around the Stolipine reform, in 1906. In fact, such a reform is likely to increase production, but it is in its very beginning, and one does not know in which way it is to develop itself. In addition, the flow of unexperienced new farmers of urban origin is a matter of concern. Some sort of state intervention is needed to allow for a smooth transition, and to protect farmers against input suppliers monopolies.
