Les cadres de la mutation fonctionnelle de l'exploitation familiale sous la contrainte du marché en Pologne

Abstract: [eng] Dimensions of the functional transformations of family farming under market pressure in Poland . . The author deals with origins of current difficulties generated within family farms in Poland. The following factors are taken into consideration : particular linkage pattern of farms in the system of collectivized economy, partially mobile functionning space, quasi-monopolist position on the food market, functionning peculiarities, ho- mogenization of farms, an autonomy implied by off-agriculture dimensions and reproducing singularities, extraordinary : rente, accumulation, amortization. All these factors make the author to point out that the family farms in Poland have become symbiosis units with the collectivized economy, i.e. the units unable to work as well as to reproduce in any other socio-economic environment. [fre] L'auteur examine l'origine des difficultés actuelles des exploitations familiales en Pologne. Une forme particulière d'implantation des exploitations dans l'économie collectivisée, l'espace du fonctionnement partiellement mobile, la position quasi-monopoliste sur le marché alimentaire, les spécificités du fonctionnement, l'homogénéisation des exploitations, l'autonomie créée par les facteurs hors agricoles et de la reproduction, la rente extraordinaire, l'accumulation et l'amortissement permettent de constater que les exploitations familiales de Pologne sont devenues des unités symbiotiques par rapport à l'économie collectivisée, alors incapables de fonctionner et de se reproduire dans un autre environnement socio-économique.
