Evolution du revenu agricole réel sous la présidence mittérandienne

Abstract: [fre] Depuis le début des années 80, le revenu agricole global brut/net est en très légère baisse ; la place relative des flux publics impôts-subventions y demeure importante. Il est surprenant de constater que le revenu par exploitant semble avoir progressé plus vite que le salaire moyen par travailleur dans le reste de l'économie, y compris le SMIC. La décontraction tripartite de la valeur ajoutée brute fait ressortir l'incidence des trois effets volume-prix-effectif sur l'évolution du revenu par actif agricole familial. La hausse assez satisfaisante du gain du producteur doit cependant être atténuée par l'effet structurel déformant le calcul des moyennes en raison d'une extraordinaire diminution, plus de la moitié, du nombre des petits paysans entre les RGP de 1982 et 1990. [eng] Evolution of the actual farm revenue under the presidency of Mitterrand . Since the beginning of the eighties, the total gross/net farm revenue is very slightly on the decrease. The relative importance of the public flow of the taxes-subsidies remains an important element. It is surprising to notice that the revenue per farmer seems to have progressed more quickly than the salary of the average worker in the remainder of the economic contest, including the minimum wage. The three-part dissociation of the gross added value emphasises the occurrence of the three effects volume-price-number on the evolution of the revenue per active family farm worker. The rather satisfying increase of the producer's benefits however is probably lessened by the structural effect inaccurately representing the calculation of means due to a noticeable decrease -greater than half- of the number of small farmers between the last two general population censuses of 1982 and 1990.
