Abstract: [eng] Regulation of the oilseeds market : effect of the community reform of 1991 on the french supply en 1992 . In this paper, we aim to analyse the short term effects of the recent change (1992) in the european regulation of the oilseeds market, on the allocation of land between cereals and sun-flower. We first describe the context of the reform (conflicts in the GATT), and then show that, if the reform has no sensible effect on the whole supply, it leads low-yield producers to increase the plantation of sun-flower in place of cereals and conversely for high-yield farms. [fre] On étudie dans cet article les effets à court terme de la réforme du marché des oléagineux (1992) sur l'allocation de la surface en grande culture (céréales et tournesol). Après avoir décrit le changement de réglementation et son contexte (conflit au GATT), on montre que si cette réforme est globalement neutre, le choix d'un rendement de référence moyen pour le calcul de l'aide à l'hectare incite les producteurs à faible rendement à accroître leur surface en tournesol au détriment des céréales et inversement pour les producteurs à haut rendement.
