Abstract: [eng] Transition in the czech agrofood sector : from state property to private property . This research details, in the czech agrofood sector, the process of privatization and the first consequences regarding restructuration and tries to go into the new property relations. [fre] Ce travail présente les procédés de privatisation et leurs premières conséquences en terme de restructuration, notamment en cherchant à approfondir les nouveaux rapports de propriété, à travers l'exemple du secteur agroalimentaire tchèque.
