Abstract: [eng] Relationships between meat processing industry and modern forms of distribution : the french cattle meat example . The author studies the relationships between processing meat industries and modern form of distribution in France and some european countries. He analyses the "big distribution's" influence on cattle meat processing industries' changes. [fre] L'auteur se propose d'étudier les relations liant les industriels de la transformation de viande bovine à la grande distribution. Il analyse l'influence de la montée en puissance de cette dernière sur les restructurations du maillon centrale de la filière viande bovine française.
