Abstract: [fre] Cette recherche étudie les pratiques associées à un problème d'environnement particulier et géographique- ment circonscrit, l'érosion des sols et les inondations qui en résultent en Saône-et-Loire. [eng] Contribution to environmental studies at local scale the erosion of the wine growing soils . This research studies the pratices associated to a particular problem of environment geographicaly defined, the érosion of the wine growing soils and the flooding which result from it in Saône-et-Loire.
