Abstract: [fre] Après avoir présenté les lois de privatisation et leurs premiers résultats, dans le cas du secteur agro-alimentaire, nous nous intéressons à leur impact en terme de restructuration. Nous développons ici les conditions de cette restructuration en approfondissant l'étude des nouveaux rapports de propriété et des conséquences des modifications des relations socio-économiques. Ces dernières sont prépondérantes et conduisent le manager et non le propriétaire à restructurer. [eng] The transition in the agrofood sector : from state property to private property . After describing the privatization process and its first results, we study its impact regarding restructuration, in the example of the agrofood sector. In this paper, we develop the conditions of this restructuration by new property rights and consequences of changes in socio-economical relations. These changes are dominating and lead the manager and not the owner to restructure.
