Abstract: [fre] La coopération euro-américaine est la caractéristique géopolitique majeure de l'après Uruguay round. Avec des procédures informelles, elle couvre l'ensemble des problèmes posés pas l'application de l'accord agricole de Marrakech. Ce rapprochement traduit la similitude de situation des économies agricoles américaines et européennes. Mais son avenir reste incertain : l'alliance euro-américaine est fragile, reposant sur un compromis partiel exclusivement centré sur la réduction et l'homogénéisation des politiques agricoles nationales. Entre cartel et concurrence, les Etats-Unis et l'Union européenne restent sans projet nouveau d'organisation des marchés agricoles internationaux. [eng] The major geopolitical characteristic of the aftermath of the Uruguay Round is the esistence of an Euro-American cooperation. Trough informal arrangements, it covers all the practical problems arising from the Marrakech agricultural agreement enforcement. This reconciliation is a consequence of the similarity of agricultural situations on both sides. But its future is still uncertain. Because it is founded on a partial compromise, only centered on the homogénéisation of national agricultural policies, the US/EC alliance is fragile. Between cartel and competition, both the US and the European union are deprived of any new project regarding the world agricultural markets organization.
