Abstract: [fre] Le principal objectif de cet article est de montrer l'importance économique et stratégique pour l'agriculture et la société dans son ensemble d'une meilleure prise en compte des nouvelles demandes sociales concernant l'agriculture. Pour cela, une méthode résultant du rapprochement de l'approche patrimoniale et de la démarche qualité est proposée. Celle-ci est de nature à révéler les enjeux économiques liés aux nouvelles demandes de la société et à initier une gestion patrimoniale et patrimoniale tout particulièrement en matière de qualité de l'environnement. [eng] The principal objective of this article is to show the economic and strategic importance of a better consideration of the new social demands with regard to agriculture for the society as a whole and for agriculture. . In this respect, a method based on the reconciliation of the patrimonial and quality approach has been proposed. This method by its nature reveals the economic risks in relation to the new requirements of the society ans initiates a patrimonial and partner ship administration in particular regarding the quality of the environnement.
