Abstract: [eng] The taxation of agricultural pollutions : the case of oil crushers in the alpes-maritimes. Environmental policies, land planning in disadvantaged areas and transboundary competition . This article, through the study of the taxation of oil crushers emissions in the Alpes-Maritimes, is analyzing the compatibility between, the land planning policies on one hand, whose aim is to avoid the desertification of rural and natural areas, and on the other hand, the environmental policies concerning the preservation of the aquatic ecosystems. Moreover, this analysis integrates the cross-border dimension and the negative results of the taxation, in terms of olive growers' drain towards Italy and the province of Imperia. The author will try to bring up a picture of the taxation effects over all the olive growing sector, underlying the powerful links between production and processing sectors and will wonder about the future of this traditional activity in the Alpes-Maritimes. [fre] Cet article s'interroge, à travers l'étude de la taxation des rejets polluants des moulins à huile dans les Alpes-Maritimes, sur la compatibilité entre, d'une part des politiques d'aménagement du territoire, qui visent à lutter contre la déprise des espaces agricoles et ruraux et, d'autre part, les politiques dont le but est de protéger les milieux aquatiques. En outre, cette analyse intègre la dimension transfrontalière et les effets pervers de la redevance, en termes de fuite des exploitants vers l'Italie et la région d'Impéria. L'auteur essaye ainsi de brosser un portrait des effets de la redevance sur le secteur oléicole dans son ensemble, en soulignant les liens importants entre le secteur de production et celui de transformation et en se posant la question du devenir de cette activité traditionnelle dans le département.
