Nouvelle PAC L'exploitation agricole de grande culture en Ile-de-France de 1991 à 1995

Abstract: [fre] Les exploitations spécialisées de grande culture ont été directement concernées par la réforme de la PAC suite aux décisions de 1992. Il est intéressant de comparer leur situation avant la réforme et après la réforme : 1991 est la dernière année d'application de l'ancienne PAC et 1995 l'année la plus récente pour laquelle on dispose d'un certain nombre d'informations. Il est également intéressant d'analyser les écarts existant entre ce qui avait été prévu et ce qui s'est réalisé. En s'appuyant sur la modélisation d'une exploitation-type de l'Ile-de-France, on examine ce qui s'est passé : un niveau des prix plus élevé que prévu, l'importance de l'agrandissement des exploitations, les économies de charges réalisées, les variations du taux de jachère et l'effet de quelques autres facteurs de moindre importance. It is interesting to compare their situation before and after the reform : 1991 is the last year of application of the farmer CAP of 1962 and 1995 is the first year of full implementation of the 1992 reform and for which data are available. It is also interesting to analyse the reasons for the lay between farmer simulation of the new CAP and what actually happened. With the assistance of a model farm type in Ile-de-France, it is possible to present a set of reasons explaining the evolution : 1993 and 1994 prices higher than expected in 1992, farm-size increase, inputs saving, lower set-aside rate and effects of some others factors with less influence.
