Abstract: [fre] Cette analyse localisée permet de mettre en discussion la pertinence des approches de proximité pour maintenir ou développer l'emploi et l'activité dans les espaces ruraux. La recherche de l'amélioration du mode d'appariement sur le marché du travail et du soutien à la création d'activités apparaît plus ou moins adaptée au mode de fonctionnement du marché du travail et les contextes locaux. [eng] Proxymity and public policies for employment: what pertinence with the economic evolution of rural areas ? The case of the proximity emplacements in Rhône-Alpes. . A local analysis allow to examine the pertinence of the proximity approaches in order to maintain or to develop employment and activity in the rural areas. The search to improve the functioning of labor market and to support creation of activities appears more or less adapted to the functioning of the labor market and the local contexts.
