Abstract: [fre] L'objectif de cet article est de présenter l'application du droit de la concurrence au secteur agroalimentaire en Europe. Nous rappelons tout d'abord les règles du droit de la concurrence puis nous présentons son application à l'industrie et au secteur agricole, en particulier aux évolutions des secteurs amont et aval du secteur agricole et à l'organisation du secteur agricole. Nous distinguons cinq thèmes principaux : la concentration des secteurs amonts et le problème de la répartition des gains à l'innovation, les relations entre le secteur agricole et la grande distribution, la concentration et la création de portefeuille de marques, l'organisation collective des acteurs des filières sous la forme d'interprofessions ou d'organisations pilotant des signes officiels de qualité. [eng] Antitrust and agribusiness - This paper analyses the main antitrust decisions in the agribusiness sector in Europe. First, legislation is recalled Then, we introduce the main antitrust decisions regarding the agribusiness sector in Europe. We emphasize five main items: the increasing concentration at the upward level, the new relations and tensions between agrofood sectors and retailers, the growing importance of branding and finally, the collective coordination among agents in the supply chains either by collective or "chain " agreements and common labelling strategies.
