Réflexions sur l'effet d'encaisse réelle: le dilemme effet de richesse - effet de répartition et la production dans le domaine monétaire et financier

Neo'dassical monetary analysis must choose between assimilate to wealth~effet the real cash balance effect, then reduce drastically its importance in an inside money world, or integrate money by accepting distribution effectf unlike fondamental rules. Three issues to this ditemma are considered. 1) Any money is assimilate to a good as a no debt, that is Pesek and Saving's solution, it seems wrong. 2) Conciliation of debt~money and wealth effect seems incoherent. 3) This paper suggests a renewal of monetary analysis built upon a theorisation of distribution effects : then research on production in monetary and financial grounds can be deepened without wealth effect. [fre] L'analyse monétaire néo-classique a le choix entre assimiler l'effet d'encaisse réelle à un effet de richesse, en limiter donc très fortement l'importance dans un monde de monnaie interne, ou bien intégrer la monnaie en acceptant un effet de répartition, contraire aux hypothèses fondamentales. Trois solutions sont envisagées pour sortir de ce dilemme. 1) L'assimilation de toute monnaie à une marchandise en tant que non-dette tentée par Pesek et Saving paraît erronée. 2) La conciliation de la monnaie dette et de l'effet de richesse nous semble incohérente. 3) Cet article suggère un renouvellement de l'analyse fondé sur une théorisation des effets de répartition : l'étude de la production dans le domaine monétaire et financier peut alors être approfondie indépendamment de l'effet de richesse.
