Abstract: [fre] Essai pour présenter dans un cadre macroéconomique simple les principales contraintes techniques, comptables et de comportement qui enserrent la production des biens marchands et non marchands. Le modèle éclaire les liaisons réciproques entre les deux secteurs, étudie l'effet de la production non marchande de capital humain sur les disponibilités de main-d'oeuvre et tente de définir quelques variables sur lesquelles des choix politiques sont possibles. Il peut être rendu opérationnel soit par simulation, soit par une méthode d'optimation. La part de production non marchande dans la production globale apparaît comme une fonction directe du taux de fiscalité indirecte et une fonction inverse du solde de redistribution globale. [eng] Presentation of a macroeconomic model of the growth of the market and non market productions. . The paper's purpose is to build a macroeconomic model in wich the most important constraints of the production of both the market goods and the non market goods are identified. Some are technical, some financial and some others behavioural. The model shows how reciprocal are the links between market and non market goods. It emphasizes also the effects of the non market human capital production upon the ressources in manpower for several sectors. Some polie y variables which are cleary subject to governmental choices are formally identified and described. Applied results can be obtained either by simulation or by optimization models. One of the results is : the non marketable production is positively and directly linked with the rate of goods taxation and negatively with the proportion of general redistribution in the national income.
