Le surplus de productivité globale et la norme d'efficacité intersectorielle

Abstract: [fre] Cet article a pour objet de mettre en évidence la relation qui existe entre la norme d'efficacité intersectorielle et le surplus de productivité globale. Il est d'abord présenté une analyse graphique simple de la formation et de la distribution du surplus de productivité globale. L'extension de cette analyse à la norme d'efficacité intersectorielle montre que les applications antérieures de cette norme ont négligé les éléments de prix résultant des écarts d'efficience par rapport à la norme, et que la prise en compte de ces éléments nécessite l'abandon du simple ajustement d'une norme pour l'établissement de comptes formellement analogues aux comptes de surplus de productivité globale. En conclusion, il est suggéré une approche combinant les deux analyses. [eng] The surplus of global factor productivite and the inter-industrial standard of effectiveness. . The purpose of this article is to emphasizc the relationship between the standard of inter-industrial effectiveness and the surplus of global productivity. First, a simple process chart of the formulation and distribution of global productivity surplus is presented. The extension of that analysis to the standard of interindustrial effectiveness shows that the previous applications of this standard have overlooked the price elements resulting from the divergences of efficiency between the standard and the industries. It also indicates that taking these elements into account implies giving np the simple adjustment of a standard in order to establish accounts that arc absolutely similar to the global productivity surplus accounts. In conclusion, an approach combining the two analyses is suggested.
