La décomposition des systèmes productifs

Jean-François Goux

Revue Économique, 1978, vol. 29, issue 2, 373-394

[eng] Decomposition of productive systems. The aim of this paper is to show that the analysis of a national productive system should not deal only with the dependence and interdependance situations but it must also take into account the existence of independent subsets of branches. The case study based on the input-output matrix of the France shows that empirical input-output tables do indeed have independent subsystems which may be treated in isolation. This conclusion is of a fundamental intei-est for the economic policy.
