Abstract: [eng] The service relations and their regulation. . In this article, it is argued that, in order to integrale services into economic thought, we need further elaboration of the relations of service, that is new technical, social and institutional means of narrowing the gap between supply and demand. The reality of these relations is first established. Then, their modes of institutionalisation are analysed. In conclusion are considered the general dimensions of a new « post-fordist » mode of regulation, which would largely be based on social relations of service and institutions devoted to the settlement and control of these relations. Cet article développe l'idée selon laquelle, pour intégrer les activités de service aux schémas théoriques existants, il faut commencer par analyser la relation de service et les « rapports sociaux de service », en tant que modalités techniques, sociales et institutionnelles de rapprochement et parfois d'intégration des processus et des acteurs de l'offre et de la demande, concernant d'ailleurs non seulement les activités tertiaires mais également l'industrie. On précise d'abord les principales dimensions de ces relations. Leurs modalités de régulation sont ensuite analysées. En conclusion, est présentée une réflexion sur la régulation « post-fordiste » et sur l'importance croissante que devrait y prendre l'institutionnalisation des rapports sociaux de service.
