Abstract: [eng] A note about a dynamical model of credit rationning . . The wide-ranging industrial projects require, so as to be achieved, a financial follow-up from one or several banks (pool of banks). It is shown in this model that a bank acting as a monopoly, under the assumption of risk neutrality of the firms, should, in its own interest, control their investment policy. If that is not the case the demand of finance could escape to the control of the bank and preclude the success of the project. The means by which the bank could exert this control are the whole set of initial conditions about the lending and the period it will last (t*). If these one correspond to the solution of the model so the amount of the investment will be linear througout the period, which enables to fix a limit to the amount of the extemal debt. Les projets industriels de grande ampleur requièrent, pour être menés à leur terme, un suivi financier de la part d'une ou plusieurs banques. On montre dans cette note qu'une banque placée en situation de monopole, sous l'hypothèse de neutralité pour le risque des entreprises, a intérêt à guider leur politique d'investissement. Si tel n'est pas le cas, les demandes de financement peuvent échapper au contrôle de la banque et obérer la conduite du projet. Les moyens de ce contrôle tiennent en la fixation des conditions de prêt qui sont ici le montant du financement initial et la fixation de la période de prêt (t*). Si ces dernières correspondent aux solutions du modèle, alors le volume de l'investissement sera linéaire sur la période, ce qui permet de fixer une limite au montant de l'endettement externe.
