Abstract: [fre] La demande de raccordement téléphonique une étude économétrique. . Issu d'une étude déjà ancienne et qui avait son actualité alors, l'article garde surtout un intérêt méthodologique. A travers l'étude de la demande de raccordement téléphonique, qui est propice aux analyses de rationnement, on propose une approche pour les analyses empiriques de déséquilibre : étude économique historique, recherche de spécification, test à l'aide de l'économétrie traditionnelle, puis utilisation de l'économétrie des modèles avec rationnement. [eng] The demand for the telephon access : an aconometrical study. . Outcome of an already old study, which was nevertheless of substantial interest at ils time, the article has specially a methodological interest. Through a study of the demand for access to the telephon network, which is propitious to the analysis of rationing, we suggest an approach to empirical studies of disequilibrium : economie study from an historical point of view, search for specification, tests using traditional econometrics and lastly use of the econometrics of models with rationing.
