Abstract: [eng] German reunification, dynamics and constraints : a general framework. . We analyze the effects of german unification on the labor, goods and exchange markets, and on the budget deficit, using a theoretical dynamic model of the two regions of Germany. We pay a particular attention to immigration flows, to the evolution of production capacity in the eastern zone, and to the dynamics of public debt and of the balance of payments. We examine the possibility of pursuing an incentive policy aiming at developing the productive sector of eastern Germany, in order to limit the asymmetry between the two zones. On examine, à l'aide d'un modèle théorique dynamique à deux zones de l'Allemagne, les effets de la réunification sur le marché du travail, des biens et du change du mark et sur le financement du budget à divers horizons. On s'intéresse en particulier aux flux migratoires, à l'évolution de l'appareil productif dans la zone Est, à la dynamique de la dette publique et de la balance des paiements. On s'interroge sur la possibilité de mener une politique d'incitation à l'implantation d'entreprises à l'Est afin de limiter l'asymétrie entre les deux zones.
