[fre] Employeurs dominants et salaire minimum dans l'agriculture marocaine. . On étudie un modèle d'allocation du travail agricole entre un secteur concurrentiel et un employeur dominant. Le pouvoir de monopsone de ce dernier implique un écart de productivité marginale du travail entre les deux secteurs. Une hausse du salaire minimum entraîne un mouvement de main-d'œuvre vers l'employeur dominant. L'effet positif sur la production qui en résulte n'est pas rejeté par les tests économétriques sur le cas marocain. [eng] Dominant employers and the minimum wage in the moroccan agriculture. . A model of the allocation of agricultural labour between a competitive sector and a dominant employer is analysed. The monopsony power of the latter implies a gap between the marginal productivity of labour in the two sectors. An increase in the minimum wage entails a labour movement in favour of the dominant employer. The resulting positive impact on output is not rejected by econometric tests on the case of Morocco.
