Abstract: [eng] The no-conventional approach of input-output analysis, based on Sraffa's notion of sub­system furtherly développée and formalized by Pasinetti in his concept of Vertically Integrated Sector (VIS), allowed the description of the productive process in an economy to make a long step forward, in so far as it describes more precisely the industrial interac­tions into the modern economies. An application upon "Construction and Public Works" in France in 1989 shows that, when we consider it as a sub-system and not as a branch, we make its very structure appear and show that it is an opened system, i.e. that it needs for the production of its own final good an important part of the activities and employe-ment of the other branches. We finally measure more precisely its position in the french productive system and particularly its training effect, especially in terms of employment. [fre] L'approche non conventionnelle des TES, à partir de la notion de sous-systè­mes de Sraffa développée et formalisée par Pasinetti dans celle de secteur verti­calement intégré (SVI), décrit de façon plus satisfaisante les interactions industrielles des économies modernes. Une application de l'analyse en SVI sur le BTP en France en 1989 montre que considérer le BTP comme un sous-système et non comme une branche, c'est faire apparaître sa structure réelle et montrer qu'il se comporte comme un système ouvert, c'est-à-dire nécessitant pour la pro­duction de son propre produit final une part importante des activités et de l'emploi des autres branches ; c'est enfin mieux mesurer sa position dans le système pro­ductif français, en faisant apparaître quantitativement son effet d'entraînement notamment en termes d'emploi.
